Act as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for clients, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
Handle employee relations issues across client accounts, conduct investigations, and recommend action plans.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Advise clients on HR policies, labor regulations, and process improvements.
Administer benefits programs and coordinate with providers on behalf of clients.
Assist with HR audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., payroll, legal, finance) to ensure client needs are met.
Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or agency role.
Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and practices.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling competing priorities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Paychex) and MS Office Suite.
