Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand hiring requirements and build job descriptions that meet organizational needs.
Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other resources to actively source potential candidates for open roles.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
Assist in preparing job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain a database of candidates and manage candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or related fields preferred).
Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably in IT or technology sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of interviewing techniques and HR best practices.
