Responsibilities

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate job offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of engineering roles and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles is often preferred.
