Designation – Recruiter
Location – Jaipur
Responsibilities
o Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
o Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
o Screen candidates resumes and job applications
o Coordinate with interviewers to schedule further rounds
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
o Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
o Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and various job portals
o Job posting on portals and Social Media.
o Conduct interviews using methods to filter candidates within timeline
o Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
o Familiarity with HR databases, Walk-in MIS and trackers
Qualifications
o Relevant Experience of 0.6-3 years
o Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute
o Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)
o PG in HR will be an added advantage
Skill Set
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
o Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
o Ability to interact positively with team members, peer group and seniors.
o Ability to effectively prioritize individual and team responsibilities
o Strong decision-making and convincing skills
