Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers.

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
