Job Description: We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job portals, social platforms and professional networks).

• Screen resumes and job applications.

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.

• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Required 2 months internship / 2 years of experience into Recruitment

• Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases.

• Experience with sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
