Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Job portals, social platforms and professional networks).
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Required 2 months internship / 2 years of experience into Recruitment
Familiarity with Job portals and resume databases.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
