Utilizing various recruitment techniques and tools to attract top talent.
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
Providing guidance to candidates on the company’s culture, benefits, and career opportunities.
Managing job postings on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels.
Participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, in-person).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
