Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conduct structured interviews, evaluate candidate skills and experience, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and access. Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and benefits. Ensure all employee documentation is properly filed and stored Administrative support: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance. Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team- building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 06 months to 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in social media recruitment (LinkedIn, etc.).
