Recruitment Management:
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on Non-IT roles (80%), especially Sales profiles.
Source, screen, and schedule interviews effectively to meet manpower requirements.
Employee Data Management:
Maintain and update employee database and records in an organized and confidential manner.
Exit Formalities:
Manage employee exit processes including documentation, final settlements, and conducting exit interviews.
Key Requirements:
Must have proven experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to Sales hiring.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
