We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our dynamic HR team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles – from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent and timely communication.
Maintain recruitment reports and track metrics (TAT, offer vs. join ratio, etc.)
Stay updated with current trends in the IT industry and talent market.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
Excellent understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience hiring for software development, cloud, DevOps, data, and infrastructure roles.
Prior experience working in a startup or tech product company is a plus.
Knowledge of Bangalore IT talent market.
