We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

• Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and other sourcing techniques to attract talent.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.

• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and sourcing techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of HR policies and best hiring practices.
