Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing Fintech team. You will play a critical role in identifying top talent across technology, product, and operations teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment, a keen understanding of the Fintech space, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs across tech, product, compliance, and finance roles

Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, etc.)

Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate fit for company culture and role requirements

Maintain candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to hiring teams

Coordinate interview rounds, feedback, and final selections

Negotiate offers and support onboarding process

Track recruitment metrics and generate reports

Requirements

Any Degree or 12th Pass / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

0–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in tech or Fintech)

Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and recruitment tools

Experience using ATS (e.g., Zoho, Greenhouse, Lever)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience hiring for Fintech roles such as backend developers, product analysts, risk officers, etc.

Familiarity with compliance and financial regulations hiring is a plus

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, LinkedIn Recruiter Certified)
