Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Use various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to find and attract candidates.
Develop and post job ads to attract potential candidates.
Conduct targeted searches for candidates using resume databases, job fairs, networking, and other sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings with potential candidates.
Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job specifications.
Assist in creating job descriptions and job specifications.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate status.
Onboarding and Documentation:
Assist with the onboarding process once candidates are selected.
Ensure that all required documentation and compliance forms are completed accurately.
Support new hires as they transition into their roles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree any graduate
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
Experience in recruiting for specific industries (e.g., Non -IT, healthcare, sales, etc.).
