Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage full-cycle recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR Managers and HR EXECUTIVE to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
Conduct initial HR interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate compensation, and assist in the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular hiring reports for management.
