Hiring: HR Recruiter

Experience: 6 months – 2 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing candidates for BPOs, MNCs, and KPOs, with a strong understanding of hiring processes and job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for various BPO, KPO, and MNC roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Draft and publish job postings across platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Maintain candidate database and generate regular hiring reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (especially in BPO/KPO/MNC hiring)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
