2. CV sourcing as per the categories provided by the manager
3. Follow-up with candidates for confirmation/interview/job offer acceptance.
4. Receiving CV’s from candidates & associates and save the same in our data bank
5. Tele calling daily WITH candidates & agents for arranging CV’s + documentation and editing
the same if required for submitting it to the manager for clients
6. Source candidates by using database and social media
7. Prepare & arrange for candidates online/virtual interview with clients
8. Report daily work to the manager
9. Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
