Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
