Job Description:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited seeks a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our NSP, New Delhi team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
● Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives that align with the company's goals.
● Utilize various recruitment channels including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract the right talent.
● Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
● Conduct interviews and assess applicants to ensure a good fit for the organization.
● Maintain a database of qualified candidates and keep track of the recruitment process through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Ensure all hiring policies, procedures, and techniques are aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
● Provide timely reports on recruitment activities and strategies to improve efficiency.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent management.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Male candidates are preferred due to company policies.
● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
