We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle and help build a strong talent pipeline. This role does not involve account or client management. Key Responsibilities: Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final selection. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.Conduct HR screenings and schedule technical/managerial interviews.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (IT or Non-IT).Strong sourcing skills via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple openings and deliver within deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Immediate joiners only or max 15 days notice.Preferred Skills:Experience using any ATS or HRMS tool.Knowledge of basic HR operations or onboarding processes.Exposure to high-volume hiring is a plus.
