Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to employees.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- HR Operations: Manage employee data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with labour laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
