Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary. • Manage performance management processes and provide guidance and support to managers on employee development.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support a positive work environment and align with company goals.

• Coordinate with management to forecast and plan future staffing needs. • Requirements: • Proven work experience in an HR or similar HR role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related fields.
