Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and concerns.
Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
Payroll & Compliance:
Process payroll, maintain attendance records, and ensure statutory compliance.
Stay updated with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee benefits, leaves, and insurance.
Performance Management & Training:
Assist in performance reviews and goal setting.
Organize training sessions and development programs.
Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
