Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and concerns, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining employee morale.
Performance Management:
Assist with the development and execution of performance review processes, including setting timelines, tracking progress, and providing support to managers.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance-related matters, including feedback and development plans.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and assist in the development and delivery of training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.
Maintain records of training initiatives and employee participation.
Benefits Administration:
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, etc.).
Answer employee questions related to benefits, including eligibility and enrollment.
Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and coordinate open enrollment processes.
HR Compliance & Recordkeeping:
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, including new hire documentation, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation.
Prepare reports and assist with audits and legal requirements as needed.
HR Projects & Initiatives:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the overall business strategy.
Provide support on various HR projects, such as employee engagement, wellness programs, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
