Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage operations between users and astrologers.

• Monitor daily workflow to ensure timely and quality services are being delivered.

• Handle scheduling and appointment bookings for clients with astrologers.

• Maintain accurate records of sessions, transactions, and user feedback.

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Provide administrative support to the team, including managing communications and troubleshooting.

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new astrologers to the platform.

• Handle user inquiries and resolve any operational issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in Operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Proficiency in using office software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.) and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
