Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified candidates for overseas job placements across various industries.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, including resume reviews, interviews, and assessments, ensuring candidates meet client requirements.
Leverage multiple job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment channels to attract and engage top-tier talent.
Facilitate interview processes, liaising between clients and candidates to ensure smooth coordination.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
Provide ongoing support to candidates and clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 -3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the overseas recruitment or staffing industry.
Proven expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates for international job placements.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment, with a keen eye for identifying top talent.
Experience with various recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms to attract candidates.
