Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager cum Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives.
2. Manage employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, and development.

4. Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Recruitment:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
3. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
4. Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes, meeting business needs and objectives.
5. Analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights for process improvements.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management and recruitment.
2. Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3. Proven track record of success in HR management and recruitment.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
1. Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or GPHR.
2. Experience with HRIS, recruitment software, and other HR tools.
