• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tender management, specifically in manpower outsourcing, GEM, IREPS, and E-Proc2 platforms.
• Experience in offline tender bidding is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Hindi typing for document preparation and communication.

Overview:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end process of tender submissions across multiple platforms including Manpower Outsourcing, GEM Portal, IREPS, and E-Proc2. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and effectively submitting bids for both online and offline tenders. This position requires knowledge of various tendering platforms and a solid understanding of the tender bidding process, and proficiency in Hindi typing for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Management:
• Monitor and identify suitable tenders on various platforms, including GEM Portal, IREPS, E-Proc2, and Offline tenders.
• Analyze tender documents to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and prepare comprehensive responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for tender submissions.
2. Preparation of Tender Documents:
• Prepare and review technical, financial, and compliance documents required for tender submissions.
• Ensure all required forms, certificates, and supporting documents are collected and submitted in accordance with tender specifications.
• Prepare and organize bids ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely submission.
3. Online Tender Bidding (GEM, IREPS, E-Proc2):
• Facilitate online tender submissions through various government portals like GEM, IREPS, and E-Proc2.
• Ensure technical and financial bids are submitted through the respective portals within the stipulated deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in government portals and tendering processes.
4. Offline Tender Bidding:
• Handle offline tender submissions by preparing physical documents, preparing bid covers, and ensuring timely delivery to the concerned authorities.
• Maintain a checklist to ensure that all required documents and forms are included before submission.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, regulations, and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders, submissions, and relevant communications.
• Track and follow up on tender results and provide feedback to the team.
6. Manpower Outsourcing Tendering:
• Prepare and submit tenders specifically related to manpower outsourcing services.
• Work with the HR and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of manpower availability and qualifications in tenders.
7. Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with internal departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to gather necessary documents and clarify any tender-related issues.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and authorities for updates, clarifications, and follow-ups on tenders.
