Profile:-HR And ADMIN EXCUTIVE
Location:- Nerul
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Director
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
Manage and track employee leave, attendance, and benefits.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Administration:
1.Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, classroom infrastructure, and utilities.
2.Maintain stock of office and academic supplies; coordinate procurement when necessary.
3.Handle visitor management, correspondence, and filing systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience:
0-1 yer ability to handle HR and admin responsibilities independently.
