Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements, including sourcing, screening, and selection
- Build and maintain strong networks with local agencies, training centers, colleges, and community organizations for talent sourcing
- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring process
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview status, and hiring reports
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, preferably in field recruitment
- Strong understanding of blue-collar or entry-level hiring
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel extensively for field recruitment activities
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
- Proficiency in using MS Office and recruitment tools
