Risosu Consulting is seeking a Non-IT Recruiter to hire top talent for our client in the Network Engineering domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and screening candidates for technical roles outside the IT sector.
✔ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for network engineering roles.
✔ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to find the best-fit candidates.
✔ Screening & Shortlisting: Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
✔ Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
✔ Offer Management: Negotiate salaries and ensure smooth onboarding.
✔ Database Management: Maintain an organized candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in non-IT recruitment (preferably hiring for engineering, telecom, or networking roles).
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Skills:
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools & strategies
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
✅ Preferred Background: Experience in hiring Network Engineers, Telecom Engineers, Field Technicians, or similar roles.
