Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead
and oversee the HR function at HustleHub Tech Park. The CHRO will play a crucial role in
shaping the workplace culture, driving talent acquisition, developing HR strategies, and ensuring
operational excellence in all aspects of HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
● HR Strategy: Develop and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with HustleHub’s
vision and business goals to support growth and operational excellence.
● Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for the coworking
space, including managing end-to-end hiring processes for diverse roles, including
operational, creative, and technical positions.
● Employee Experience & Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive
work culture by developing and executing employee engagement programs, initiatives,
and events.
● Leadership Development & Training: Design and implement leadership development
programs, training sessions, and career growth initiatives to enhance the skills and
performance of team members.
● Performance Management: Oversee performance review processes and develop
systems for recognizing achievements, providing feedback, and fostering continuous
development.
● Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation packages,
employee benefits, and retention programs to ensure HustleHub remains an attractive
employer.
● Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company
policies, promoting a safe, fair, and equitable workplace.
● HR Technology: Implement and manage HR technologies to streamline HR operations,
enhance efficiency, and improve the employee experience.
