ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Demonstrate strong drafting skills for preparing HR-related documentation such as memos, policies, and reports.
• Have hands-on experience in managing employee welfare programs and ensuring employee well-being.
• Ensure effective implementation of performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate the exit process, handling employee resignations and confirmation.
• Assist in the disciplinary action process as required
