Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

2. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

   • Conduct product demonstrations, explaining the benefits and features of the vehicles.

   • Assist customers in understanding financing and warranty options.

4. Negotiation & Closing:

   • Negotiate pricing, trade-in options, and financing plans with customers.

   • Close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

   • Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate the completion of all sales transactions.

5. Marketing & Promotions:

   • Participate in promotional activities and events to increase dealership visibility.

   • Help create and implement sales strategies to increase foot traffic and sales volume.

   • Ensure vehicles are properly showcased on the sales floor and online.

6. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.

   • Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and market trends.

   • Keep track of sales targets and work towards achieving set goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).

• Experience: Proven experience in automobile sales or a similar sales-driven role. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical product details.

  • High level of customer service orientation.
