Position: Saleswoman- Jockey Store
Age Requirement: 18 to 25 years
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹21,000 per month
Shifts: 10 am- 7 pm and 1 pm- 10 pm
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Saleswoman to join our team. The role involves effectively selling our products or services, communicating their value and benefits to customers, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the store’s organization, ensuring it aligns with brand standards, and assisting customers in finding the right clothing and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Ensure timely store opening at 11:00 AM.
Allocate pantry boy for store cleaning.
Complete daily store opening and visual merchandising (VM) checklist and send to Jockey.
Maintain attractive and organized store displays to align with Jockey and KW Group’s standards.
Customer Service:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively and professionally.
Assist customers in finding the right clothing, accessories, and innerwear, and provide styling advice.
Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all customers, offering tailored recommendations.
Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic support regarding the features, benefits, and specifications of Jockey products.
Sales & Product Knowledge:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling Jockey products.
Maintain a strong understanding of the apparel and accessories offered, including materials, trends, and styles.
Sell unisex innerwear confidently and comfortably.
Stay updated on product offerings and trends to deliver the best customer experience.
Inventory & Store Management:
Regularly restock shelves and maintain inventory to ensure product availability.
Contribute to keeping the store organized and clean, supporting the store’s visual appeal.
Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product visibility.
Responsible for managing store shrinkage effectively.
Reporting & Administrative Duties:
Send the daily PAZO report to the Jockey store.
Process customer purchases by creating accurate bills.
Actively participate in the annual audit plans organized by the external audit team and department head.
Training & Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Adhere to Jockey and KW Group’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the apparel retail industry is required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of apparel trends and styling.
Knowledge of visual merchandising standards is an advantage.
Ability to maintain grooming and sales standards.
