About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery items that suit their style and budget.
Provide detailed product information, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Sales:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Utilize effective sales techniques to close sales and upsell/cross-sell products.
Stay updated on current jewellery trends, promotions, and special offers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Adhere to store policies and procedures, including security protocols and cash handling guidelines.
Participate in store opening and closing procedures as required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, styles, and trends.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
