Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to join our team at the Vashi Reliance Digital Store, sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400705.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Actively engage with customers to promote products and services.

·       Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers in an effective manner.

·       Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the store manager.

·       Maintain in-store product displays, cleanliness, and stock availability.

·       Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.

·       Assist in product demonstrations and handling basic customer queries.

·       Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics, or telecom sectors.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

·       Knowledge of gadgets like smartphones, laptops, and home appliances is a plus.

·       Any regional language along with English is must.

Preferred Qualification:

·       10th pass/PUC/Graduate in any stream

·       Basic computer knowledge
