Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and assist them in making menu choices.
Promote café products, new launches, and special offers to walk-in customers.
Handle order placements accurately and upsell café specials when appropriate.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Support marketing and promotional activities in-store (flyer distribution, social media shout-outs, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards on the café floor.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
Meet weekly or monthly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order delivery.
Maintain basic sales and inventory logs.
