Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily operations for one of the clients - A PCD pharma company from Jaipur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, and coordinate with various departments to optimize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate daily floor activities, ensuring efficiency in packaging, labeling, and distribution.
● Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring timely replenishment.
● Team Supervision: Manage and guide all staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations.
Requirements:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in a similar role within the pharma industry.
● Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
