Position: Store Manager
Salary: ₹14,000 - 18,000+ Incentives on Membership and Tie-ups
Location: gandhi nagar Koba
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues effectively.
Sales & Membership Management: Promote and manage store memberships, ensuring targets are met. Work on tie-ups to enhance store growth.
Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, billing, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the store.
Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate the store team to meet performance goals.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Utilize computer systems for efficient store management.
Required Skills:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
Computer Knowledge: Proficient in using computer systems for billing, inventory management, and reporting.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications:
At least a Graduate or Diploma holder.
Must possess a valid driver's license and own a bike.
