Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming and helpful experience.
Answer customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Sales & Transactions:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Process returns and exchanges according to store policy.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Promote sales and special offers.
Store Operations:
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
Restock shelves and displays as needed.
Ensure proper pricing and labeling of merchandise.
Participate in inventory management tasks.
Other Duties:
May be required to open or close the store.
May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
