Position: Stores Manager – Luxury Brand
Location: Bangalore (Ashoka Pillar)
Qualification: Graduate.
Experience Level: 7 – 12 Yrs.
Job Description: Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank. Analyzing market trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies with 7+ years in managing stores of Jewelry, Boutique, Cosmetics or Luxury products. Staying abreast with market developments, customer preferences, retail outlook and sales process.
· Responsible for the sales & profitability and operations of the stores
· Managing the entire Showroom - sales, commercial & financial, administration and Visual Merchandising
· Create the shopping experience to the customers
· Increase revenue per footfall by aiding customers purchase decisions
· Maintain cleanliness and Ensure infrastructure, secruity and store upkeep
· Maintain availability of stock at the store and conduct inventory audit in regular interval
· Plan and Execute marketing, branding and promotion activities
· Keep employee-retention and motivation levels high through regular reviews
· Identify gaps in performance of immediate team and ensure training to bridge the same
· Monthly reviews and planning for the store with regular updates to the owners
· Maintain stock, supplies, inventories and accurate records of all pricings
· Driving premium personalized services and connecting with high net worth individuals.
· Team handling skills, People skills and Leadership qualitites
· Maintain floor discipline and take suitable steps to avoid thefts and losses
· Ensure that the store looks its best at all times with respect to Visual Merchandising standards set by the company
· Well spoken Kannada, Hindi and English
