• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Assist in managing stock and keeping records of sales activities.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in retail or e-commerce sales is a plus).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and accessories is preferred.

• Proficiency in using basic computer applications and sales tools.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
