DESIGNATION: Store Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Answering Store Phone calls -Undertaking Sales of Products -Cross pitching, Upselling of Products -Keeping the Store neat and clean all the time -Managing store stock on display and keeping rotation of products on record -Maintaining record or store consumables and updating the manager for replenishment -Understanding the system and Billing whenever needed -Handling multiple customers as per requirement -Pushing for Maximum sales for conversion and pitching the product as per product training -Keeping self up to date about the products and being well-versed for handling communication on call with customers for enquiries. -Undertaking tasks and activities given by the Store manager/EBO Team -Packing of products for Delivery/ for products to be picked up by any customers/ arranging for necessary courier partner. -Assisting manager in creating content for the store -Requesting customers to put reviews on Google -Help customers with luggage installation on their motorcycles -Filling in for the store manager on his weekly off and in his absence Must have - -The candidate has to be male and fluent in local language (Malayali) along with English is preferred, would prefer someone from retail industry. QUALIFICATION: Graduation EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
