As a Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of dedicated employees, manage inventory, and uphold the company's standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff members. Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment & Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences.



2) Sales and Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store revenue and profitability targets. Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory and marketing efforts accordingly. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
3) Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and stock-taking. Minimize stock shrinkage and losses through effective inventory management practices.
4) Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed attractively. Implement visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
5) Store Operations:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store. Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
6) Compliance and Safety:
Ensure the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
