1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting suitable products or services.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maximizing revenue for the store.
3. Product Knowledge: Knowledge of Sarees and clothing will be added advantage. Developing a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the store, including features, benefits, and usage, in order to effectively educate and inform customers.
4. Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demand.
5. Visual Merchandising: Assisting in creating appealing product displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience.
6. Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining proper cash register procedures.
7. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers, thereby increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
8. Resolving Customer Issues: Addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, finding appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
