Role & Responsibilities:
· Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily dark store operations, ensuring smooth order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
· Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction metrics.
· Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of express store operations.
· Implement and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency.
· Ensure safety & quality compliance across the premises.
· Manage and troubleshoot technological systems used for inventory and order management.
· Experience in store operations, supply chain, or warehouse management preferred.
· Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with technology-driven order management systems is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
· Excellent communication and team management skills.
· Flexibility to work in shifts as required by store operations.
