Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview:

We are hiring a passionate and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our luxury and multi-brand retail outlet in Haldwani. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing premium/luxury retail brands, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store and manage a team of staff

• Handle multiple premium/luxury brands under one roof

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and contribute to store profitability

• Maintain store hygiene, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment

• Supervise visual merchandising, product display, and brand compliance

• Provide top-class customer experience, engage with high-value clients (clienteling)

• Manage billing, cash handling, and reporting through POS systems

• Coordinate with regional teams for promotions, events, and new product launches

• Recruit, train, and monitor store staff performance

• Minimize shrinkage and ensure proper stock audits

Key Skills & Traits:

• Strong leadership with retail team handling experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of luxury fashion/accessories/beauty products

• Strong customer orientation and sales-driven approach

• Proficiency in basic Excel, POS, and inventory systems

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Retail Management preferred)

• Training or certifications in luxury retail will be an added advantage
