Job Description: Store Manager – Clothing Brand - Female Applicants Only

We are looking for a female applicant to take on the role of Store Manager for our clothing store. This position requires a dynamic individual who combines creativity, operational expertise, and a passion for fashion to create a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations:
● Oversee daily store activities, ensuring a presentable and organized environment.
● Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and ensure quality checks on incoming shipments.
● Maintain store displays in alignment with brand guidelines.

2. Creative Content Creation:
● Capture high-quality photos and videos of products and store experiences.
● Develop consistent, engaging creative assets as per the set schedule.

3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
● Provide exceptional customer service, offering styling advice and personal shopping experiences.
● Build and maintain lasting customer relationships with regular follow-ups.

4. Sales and Record Management:
● Accurately track daily and monthly sales, managing financial records.
● Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.

5. Website and Backend Management:
● Manage and update product listings on Shopify.
● Handle website backend tasks, including basic troubleshooting and updates.

6. Team Coordination & Risk Management:
● Promote teamwork, ensuring clear communication and alignment with store goals.
● Identify risks in a stand-alone store environment and act with urgency, reporting to management as needed.

Qualifications
● Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
● Proficient in Excel, Shopify, Google Drive, and Canva.
● Detail-oriented and able to take accurate measurements (training provided).
● Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and work independently.
● Strong organizational skills. Willing to work in a team.
● Willingness to learn and adapt.
● Dog-friendly
