Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for store metrics: OTD, Write off, complaints, attrition.
•Monitor & analyze key reports & take appropriate action that will help achieve metrics like OTD, Write- Off, DER, and customer complaint
•Ensure timely GRN, PRN, Cycle count, and FEFO expiry process is followed.
•Recruitment, Training & Logistics
•Coordinate with zonal HR to provide optimal staffing.
•Co-ordinate with the training team to ensure the new hire training calendar is up to date
•Attrition and Absenteeism Management
•Onboarding/ Issuing Warning letters, Rostering.
•Ensure rosters are created & people are following Counsel, coach
•Reward & recognition programs conducted.
•Timely warnings are given to defaulters.
•Ensure all processes should be followed end to end
•Monitoring live dashboards and resolving any bottlenecks in operations.
•Drive & review process compliance in store.
