Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education and/or experience as a supervisor: Retail/Hospitality/Hotel Management

• Minimum 2 years related hospitality management experience (preferably IHM and Retail Operations )

Skills Required:

• Strong Supervision

• Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory And English, Hindi Require

• Comprehensive & effective Communication skills (Written & Verbal)

• Guest Service oriented

• Strong Coordination & cooperation Skills

• Job Ownership required

• Multitasking

Computer Skills:

• Windows Operating system

• Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail,

• Word processing,

• POS (Point Of Sale) and spreadsheet software

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Directly manages the Centre staff on a daily basis.

• Supervises the employees on the Property.

• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.

• In charge of assigned areas and responsibilities allotted by Centre Manager.

• Carries out management responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.

• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems with the help of Human Resources.

• Strong Supervision of on-floor staff & operations
